Toward Scrum Alliance Certified Team Coach (CTC) and Certified Enterprise Coach (CEC)
Your Agile Coaching path may have started with having extensive Agile knowledge and experience fueled by the desire to change the world of work, but it doesn’t end there! Becoming a great Agile Coach is a journey, not a destination. It begins with developing a coaching mindset, nurtured with gaining skills around empathy, self-awareness, and emotional intelligence. It evolves with a better understanding of social nuances and recognizing when others are struggling.
The Scrum Alliance Certified Team Coach or Certified Enterprise Coach is a milestone that can be a pivotal moment for many coaches. It is one of the most difficult credentials to achieve yet equally rewarding when you do. There will be setbacks and frustrations, but with each, you will learn and grow as a coach. Most of all, you are not alone! You will be supported by certified mentors and peers from your cohort who are also on the same journey.
The Kintsugi Mentoring Academy (KTA) Agile Coach Mentoring program can help you in enhancing your professional coaching mindset. Evoke transformation in your clients by knowing how to tap into your inner leader and strengthening your coaching competencies. You will learn frameworks, tips, tricks, and techniques from experienced Certified Enterprise coaches.

A Certified Team Coach is a Certified Agile Coach (CAC) who focuses primarily on one or more teams or on a subset of an organization in a project or program.

There are three documents to review: the CTC Requirements, Summary of Expectations, and Application Instructions.
The CTC Requirements help you make an informed decision as to whether you are ready to apply. Meeting these requirements does not guarantee acceptance into the CTC program, but they definitely help. Keep this list as a reference.
The Summary of Expectations is not only a guide, it helps you reflect on the aspects of becoming a successful candidate. There are tasks to accomplish, and there are also soft skills to ponder.
The Application Instructions document gives you a detailed overview of the application process, tips and suggestions from the Review Team, and definitions.
Prerequisite: active CSP-SM, CSP-PO, or CSP
